Cherry Cheese Pie

Ingredients:


1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened

1 (14oz) can condensed milk

1/3 cup lemon juice

1 t vanilla extract

1 (21oz) can cherry pie filling, chilled

1 (9") graham cracker crumb crust or baked pastry shell

whipped topping


In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in the condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust.

Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with desired amount of cherry pie filling and garnish with the whipped cream.

Refrigerate any leftovers.
