Ingredients
2 cups self-rising flour
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup shortening
1/3 cup milk
1 ½ cups brown sugar (packed)
Mix flour and oats; cut in shortening until well blended.
Stir in milk and brown sugar.
Chill dough; roll, cut into desired shape.
Bake at 375 for 10-12 min.
