1 can coconut (15oz)
3 cans condensed milk
4 packages of graham crackers, finely crushed
4 quarts fresh pecans, lightly toasted, then finely chopped
Take half of the dough at a time and press into long rolls. Set on buttered foil or waxed paper and wrap the roll.
Put into the freezer overnight.
To serve, cut into thin slices. Leftovers can be refrigerated until eaten.
