1 CUP SUGAR
5 TABLESPOONS FLOUR
3 (15 oz) CANS of PINEAPPLE CHUNKS (DRAINED; RESERVE THE JUICE)
1 CUP GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
1-1 1/2 PACKAGES RITZ CRACKERS, FINELY CRUSHED
1 STICK BUTTER, MELTED
Mix the sugar and flour together in a medium sized mixing bowl, blending well.
Add the pineapple chunks and 1/4 cup of pineapple juice to flour mixture, mixing well.
Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
Top the mixture with the cheddar cheese, then the finely crushed crackers.
Drizzle the melted butter over the whole mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
