One box Yellow Cake Mix
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 1/4 cup water
One can Fluffy Frosting
One bag/can of Flaked Coconut
Mix cake mix, water, oil and eggs in a large bowl until smooth and creamy. Pour mix into muffin pan filling 2/3 full (lined with cupcake papers) and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Let cool.
Frost with fluffy frosting and roll in coconut. Decorate with a candied cherry.
